I have been working for 4+ years in Technology and Customer Service. Primarily for a local retirement community. I assisted seniors with various technical issues and taught classes on different technological platforms, improving the lives of over 500 senior citizens. I was featured in 52 publications in 13 countries.

I primarily concentrate on customer support for macOS, IOS, Windows 7, and network issues. I am also competent in both software and hardware upgrades and currently studying for the Comptia Security+ exam.
