Are you a college student struggling to figure out how your mom made magic in the kitchen? A parent trying to figure out how to feed multiple whining children in between soccer practice and a dance recital? Or just somebody who wants to fall in love with cooking as much as you love eating? Well, maybe I can help. I'm willing to give you cooking tips and tricks, teach you the magic of proper spicing, share quick and healthy recipes, or even give you a full Skype tutorial of how to make a certain dish. As a professional amateur chef, I know how tough it can be for the amateur cook to fit cooking into their busy schedule, especially when you're not working with a perfectly-stocked kitchen, but that doesn't mean you can't still cook tasty, healthy food that doesn't take hours to make. So let me into your kitchen and I'll help you let cooking into your heart.
Training & Qualifications
- I am a human who has survived for the past decade by cooking for himself instead of eating at restaurants or fast food
- I have years of experience cooking on a tight budget or with limited kitchen appliances/tools of the trade
- I also have years of experience cooking in limited time slots(i.e. between classes, after/before work, etc)
Availability & Preferences
- All week between 3pm and 10pm, except Tuesdays, for virtual cooking lessons
- Anytime between 10am and midnight for cooking tips and tricks or recipe suggestions
