Increasingly, organizations are using competency-based interviews to assess candidates. I will teach you some tips and tricks that you can use to ensure that you are highlighting your strengths and skills in an interview and that you are prepared for any question or situation.
What you'll learn in a 60 minute session:
-what is competency-based interviewing (theory)
-what are the most-commonly-sought competencies? (current state)
-how to assess your own competencies based on your experience (applying your knowledge)
-how to prepare for those competencies (and others) (tips)
-advanced preparation (tricks)
If you already familiar with this approach, then I will provide you with objective feedback on how to improve your answers or can help you structure your "pitch".
I'll also send you some information and worksheets to help you, moving forward.

Training & Qualifications
I am a senior manager with more than 15 years experience and I not afraid of HR. I like participating in interview boards and coaching people to succeed in interviews. I am happy to share my knowledge with people.
