My main interests revolve around holistic health, healing, and sustainable living. I really enjoy trying out new body based therapies to help my own healing process, and to further understand how the human system recovers from various kinds of input; both traumatic and healing.
Currently I spend much of my free time practicing meditation, tai chi, various forms of energy practices, and doing holistic health research/lifestyle practice. Particularly I am interested in cultivating more skill in preparing foods in a traditional manner to make my diet more healing and nourishing.
I practice Reiki along with intuitive energy work, and am starting training in various bodywork modalities.
