I will bake a custom cake. Must live locally in southeast Michigan . I am not able to ship baked goods (legally). Cakes start at 6 inch round (2 layer, serves 4-6 people) for 30 simbi and go up from there based on size and complexity. Sizes also include cupcakes, 8 inch round, 9 inch round, 12x18 (serves about 40 with one layer (2x2 slices of cake)). Frosting must be shelf-safe buttercream as I am operating under Michigan cottage food law from home and not in a commercial kitchen. Cakes will come with ingredient label, by weight, with common allergens listed and the required warning about the food being made in a kitchen that has not been inspected by the Michigan department of agriculture and rural development.
