Deliver any message that's difficult to get across in a tactful and considerate way, in person or virtually. Break ups, firing, bad breath, annoying pet peeves, pet death, and anything in between. I'm willing to be the punching bag that handles the grief or doubt that comes with the news and handle the coping process that comes along with it. Using customer service skills and a background in sympathetic and empathetic psychology, my day job requires me to deliver unfortunate to cataclysmic news daily and is highly dependent on me being a willing observer to the tragedies and circumstances affecting the person, post-delivery.
