About Cherry Ann Paris
I've been working as an administrative assistant for almost 5 years in the sales and marketing industry. I've been an all-around employee, from runner to office admin to administrative assistant. My responsibilities are the following:
* sending emails and reporting daily
* answering phone calls and SMS
* printing and scanning application forms
* saving and organizing files such as soft and hard copies
* Check the equipment to see if it is working properly or not.
* maintained inventories of office supplies and other needs
* meeting with bank officers for updates or a new memo
In almost 5 years of working in my previous job as an administrative assistant, I've become flexible, hardworking, and tech-savvy. I'm using digital ways of getting clients as I am a loan consultant at the same time. We are a third-party partner of Bank Nationwide. As I am a registered agent with different banks, I can sell or promote personal loans and business loans via online marketing or flyering. Every day after my work shift, I have time to give away some flyers on the roadway home to get clients as well. And my motivation is to reach my goal every month. Even a small win is a big help for my family. Because I get clients, if they are approved and booked accounts, I can have my commission on every account I get, and I have people who submitted their clients to us to process.
I've been working recently with an Upwork client from the US, and my role responsibilities include research, data entry, and updating my client with his schedule using Slack for communication and Trello for the tasks I've done and for checking my client. I also worked in the real estate industry as a lead generation specialist, sending leads to my clients every day, doing data entry, research, lead generation, and updating spreadsheets. And also, my first client as a general virtual assistant is from The Netherlands, and my responsibilities are to create content or a caption regarding autism and migraine awareness, copywriting, data entry, updates on CRM, putting details of clients on Freshdesk, updating the spreadsheets, and editing content.
I'm highly organized and detail-oriented. My skills include excellent communication, problem-solving, research, and lead generation. I am strongly committed to customer satisfaction and take great pride in delivering results that exceed expectations. My goal is to provide the best service and support to ensure clients are satisfied with my services.
I'm upskilling online to know more about remote jobs. I've been attending free webinars, training, and forums that help me gain knowledge and ideas in the virtual world. I love working at home because I can take care of my kids, unlike before, when I worked in Makati for more than 8 years, far from my family. I just visited them once a year or after 2 years. Now that I am working online, I have more time with them, and I can help and teach them every day.
Right now, I'm looking for a new client or opportunity to work with. As a virtual assistant, I can help you with admin tasks, lead generation, graphics design, data entry, research, etc.
