I will provide you with a few techniques to help you or a loved one breathe through an anxiety/panic attack. I believe that everyone deserves wellness.
Training & Qualifications
As someone who has and still does experience anxiety/panic and PTSD attacks, I've had to research and test out which techniques work best to bring me back to the present. My significant other has also researched and tested techniques, a few of which work wonderfully. I've given these techniques as advice to friends, who all have reported back that they really do work!
