ADVICE: Do I go to culinary school?
I went to culinary school at the age of 32. I would be happy to talk with you about what your goals are and whether you should invest the time and money in getting a formal culinary education.
This is good advice for both teens pursuing culinary as their first career, as well as adults who are looking for a change of careers, or just to improve their cooking!
Training & Qualifications
I’m a chef, but I don’t work in a restaurant. I only work in my clients’ homes. I don’t do once-a-week-cooking, where someone would make several meals and package it all up. My unique career niche is that I bring cooking equipment and bags of groceries into a client’s house, and prepare elegant, multiple-course meals, from scratch, for a small dinner party.
