Hi, I'm Cassie! I'm Australian and currently living in Upstate New York, with my husband and daughter. I teach yoga, pilates, PT, and intuitive eating. I want the people I work with to feel strength in the approach to health they undertake, and feel my skills in guiding them on this journey using my own intuition as well as the skill base I have acquired from trainings/certifications, seminars, self-learning etc, creates a great space for people to learn and grow.
