I will critique your artwork
I have a degree in graphic design and have studied fine art for over 20 years. I have taught life drawing, design fundamentals, color theory and computer graphics at the collegiate level. I work in and have taught various media, including acrylic, oil, pastels (oil and chalk), charcoal, graphite, assemblage, collage, mixed media and ink and ink wash. I would love to help you improve your piece by giving technical advice and design pointers based on classical design technique and aesthetics. I give excellent feedback and am genuinely interested in helping budding artists (or veterans... You're never done learning... I'm certainly not!) find ways to improve their work and broaden their skill sets. I believe anyone can learn to draw. It's a skill, just like any other. Given enough time, you can definitely master it!
Training & Qualifications
I hold a bachelor's in graphic design, I have studied fine art for 20+ years and taught both for several years. I come from a family of fine artists and have been critiquing work and being critiqued since I was a kid. I have had work displayed in and sold through galleries in various parts of the southeast.
