Elsa for parties/charities

I can dress up as Elsa for a birthday, holiday party or charity event. For Birthday's I'm available for one hour and I have to bring my handler. For charities, I don't limit by time and would only accept food as payment. Online birthday messages are totally doable too and for much less in trade/simbi.
