It's amazing how much your productivity can be affected by a slow, or failing computer. I want to make my community members lives' easier.
Both hardware and software, but generally faulty hardware just needs to be replaced, which I can advise on so you get the best price for the best (compatible) product.
Software problems from viruses, computer migration, backup, bugs and issues to even little annoyances. And almost always, if I end up not being able to fix it I can point you in the right direction.
If your computer is even just running slower than usual, I've learned several techniques to speed things up and even make it like new again!
