As a life coach, during our 50-60 minute service I will:
I will collaborate with client and guide them to set their own achievable goals
I will co-create with the client and help them refine or discover dormant ideas
I will support clients ideas, goals, struggles, and concerns
I will communicate and ask questions that will challenge client into a new way of thinking
