I'm a coffee roasting chef in Southeastern Connecticut and I've had a ton of jobs over my 30 years which may not have paid well, but taught me lots of cool skills. I am currently employed at a restaurant as sous chef, I cater weddings and events with two well-respected companies, and I roast and sell coffee beans with my family business. I'm also working on creating my own food truck to gain a little more independence.
