I will with you to learn about the basic concepts of living a more peaceful and enjoyable life. The word mindfulness may sound scary to some of you, but there are so many ways to be mindful and bring about a new way of living! I will assess your talents, hobbies, likes and strengths and work with those to help you try this new lifestyle which I promise will bring much joy and peace! I am open to as many or as few sessions as necessary to do this! I have been working with the mentally ill and developmentally disabled population since 2009 and also have a certificate in Substance Abuse Counseling.
