I will teach how to follow a diet plan for optimal health and weight loss. I use a low-carb high-fat mixed with intermittent fasting to achieve quick and sustainable results. Drop weight fast-especially visceral fat. I first teach basic principles about what and when to eat and the science behind insulin resistance and how to unlock your body's natural fat burning potential. Then I give you a two week diet plan and follow up with you through the whole process tracking progress and troubleshooting any issues. My method only involves a small increase in physical activity.
Training & Qualifications
Degree in medical laboratory science from BYU. Experience as a family health coach.
