Professional experience includes four years military service where I learned to thrive in high stress, fast paced, task oriented environment. I am now a Systems Administrator/Information Systems Secur...ity Officer with responsibilities including diagnosing and resolving users' technical hardware and software issues. These tasks require knowledge of both network hardware and software and the ability to quickly troubleshoot and resolve any issues as they arise while maintaining the utmost quality. Other responsibilities include server, workstation, and laptop setup, deployment and management as well as asset virtualization ( Hyper-V & VMWare), VOIP, AD, and GPO services. Other responsibilities include monitoring of network/endpoint security as well as implementing best security practices in accordance with current enterprise/Government security requirements.
