I will help you define your business/operational requirements in technical terms that are ready for a developer or engineer to code. This includes thirty minutes of discussing your requirements in whatever business terms you’re confortable with via skype, and a second half hour of me documenting these requirements in technical and workflow form. I will deliver this in MS Word format, and will include any requisite workflow and technical diagrams that you can edit within Word.
Training & Qualifications
I am a senior Technical project manager and systems engineer with 20 years’ experience translating operational processes into software and hardware requirements and specifications. I’m also pretty fun to work with.
Availability & Preferences
I’m rarely free, but will usually find a time during the afternoons (I’m US Central Time).
