Single-Session Workout Plan

I have been certified as a group fitness instructor through the Aerobics & Fitness Association of America (AFAA), as well as in specialized formats such as PiYo and Bokwa. I've taught a variety of class formats, including (but not limited to) step, weight training, cardio, endurance, etc. I've also competed in a couple Road Ragnars, a Trail Ragnar, and a couple half marathons. Since I was a child, fitness has been a passion of mine, initially getting interested in Jane Fonda's workout tapes!! I love seeing people get into their health and fitness, at ANY level.
After speaking with you (via chat/text/email) to determine your needs, I will design a single-session workout plan for you. This can be specific to upper body, lower body, incorporate cardio, or be the whole package. The plan might range between 30-60 minutes of your time to complete. I won't be with you, onsite, for the actual workout but I will write the plan out with description of exercises.
