Want a homemade pie without going through the trouble of making it yourself? I make my crust and filling from scratch, every time! I love baking all kinds of pies, although my favorites would have to be key lime and berry. I am able to customize pies to your requests, including topper (crumb, crust, lattice, whipped cream), filling (almost anything you can think of), and dietary restrictions (please note: my kitchen is not equipped to make gluten-free pies). Some of my past successes include Blueberry Honey Balsamic Pie (pictured), Lemon Pie, Caramel Apple Pie (pictured), Chocolate Oatmeal Pie, Goat Cheese Cheesecake, Blackberry Pie, Pumpkin Pie, Key Lime Pie, and Berry Tart, but I am happy to make whatever you'd like!
Training & Qualifications
Baking is one of my main hobbies - and pies are my specialty! I have been baking for several years and love to try out new recipes, as well as fine-tune old ones. I bake at least one or two pies a month to bring to my boyfriend's grandmother's house for family dinner.
Availability & Preferences
I would prefer to use your pie dish to eliminate follow up issues with returning pie dishes, but can be flexible.
