I will advise and walk you through the basic steps you need to go through to open your own business. I will walk you through he various forms of business, and advise you based on your situation. I can also help you with the process for filing in your state and meet the minimum requirements to have your business set up with a DBA, EIN, and other bureaucratic benchmarks.
NOTE: Not a lawyer. This is not legal council, but advice from one entrepreneur to another.
