I will first come over for an initial consult and make a small meal with ingredients you have chosen at a reduced rate. From there we will see if we are a fit for each other. And make a regular appointment (At least once every two months please.). My rate will be for the labor of cooking only unless you become a frequent client in which case we will incorporate that into my rates.
