We will talk via a 15-30min Skype call where I will assess your goals and abilities. This includes your weaknesses, imbalances and any injuries or pain you may have. Then, I will create 2 workouts based on your specific needs anf goals. This will be a combo of what you want plus what I have evaluated your body needs. This is to either help manage pain OR help prevent pain based on your movements. These workouts will come complete with stretches, pain management techniques and video, based on your assessment. Training & Qualifications
I am a personal trainer I do this full time. I am passionate about helping people get strong while also moving correctly and without pain. I like to calm myself a fullest life motivator I want you to succeed and become the strongest you can be. I am certified with NASM, Movnat, and Functional Movement.
