Cooking a special dinner

I can save you from a night of cooking (possibly even two if you like leftovers). I specialize in hardy food with boldness of flavor. Whether it's on the grill, a soup worthy of the word meal, or something from the oven, I have something for what ever mood your in. I don't even mind if you want to learn it to make yourself.
Just give me an idea of what you want. I'll come up with the shopping list for you and I will create it for you.
I can tailor my meals to take into accou t any allergies you may have, so please let me know those concerns up front.
One unique aspect I can provide is the use of herbs in essential oil form. Because of the nature of these safe and edible oils (versus fresh or dry herbs), their flavor is drawn throughout the food (usualy meat) instead of mearly sitting on the outside surface.
Training & Qualifications
Am self taught in the kitchen, with influences from family recipes and New England cooking legend Marjorie Standish to my travels to Aisa and the Middle East and around our own country.
Whether it's cooking in a commercial kitchen for the masses, the comfort of my own kitchen, or out in the field feeding the Scouts, I love it all!
Availability & Preferences
I'm only available on weekends because I work nights, except during the summer.
