I will take charge of your house or office to sort out the mess and make your place liveable and/or workable. I have extensive cleaning history with other barter clients, with photos to show for it. I have worked on four spaces with hoarding and trash issues so far with great results. I do not approach the living space the way they do in the Hoarders show but instead work with my client on the best methods for daily cleaning. I do the lion's share of the work but also work alongside my client to keep them involved with decisions and teach them ways to stay on top of future messes. Most cleaners and equipment would be supplied by the client, such as a broom, towels, soaps, etc. unless otherwise negotiated. The amount of work I do is based on the exchange given, and I am very generous with my time and energy when my clients needs are compatible with what I am looking for. I do not have transportation at this time, that would be included in the barter negotiations.
