I graduated from North Lake College, then the University of Texas in Dallas, TX in 2008 with a degree in Video and Film. There, FCP was taught primarily. I also learned animation, and audio and radio production. I interned at AFI Dallas to learn about film production hands on. From there, I started at a local production house by the name of Capture the Market. At Capture the Market, I produced videos and motion graphics for the apartment industry usually to showcase the interiors, exteriors, and amenities of the community. I also was tasked with several special projects such as a documentary on Avenue CDC, and various special effect projects using green screen and motion graphics. We would encode these videos and stream them from the client's website for customers to view. I was also half of the social media team, where I encoded and shared our videos on several of our client's social media sites including Facebook, and Youtube.
I also am asked to speak on behalf of people who suffer from a rare disease called Cushing's Disease. I travel the country, advocating on their behalf. I also help organize patients and run my own blog. I do not wish to post which blog, as it is anonymous.
I am a very hard worker, capable of being very creative and organized. I go above and beyond to satisfy the client and produce quality work. I am very skilled, but eager and willing to learn new techniques and tools to make my work even better, and expand my knowledge of the field.
My resume is attached, and a link to some of my work is below. You may contact anyone on my references and myself for any questions you may have. Please dont hesitate to do so. I am looking for a position that can offer me at least what I was making in my last position, $36000/ yr. Thank you very much for your time and I look forward to talking with you soon.
