I am studying abroad in Peru this summer and have almost no idea what to expect. I will be visiting the Amazon and Machu Picchu. So if you have been-there-done-that, tell me a story! Tips on the best travel agencies would be very useful. I would also like to know what I can buy there and avoid packing, anything to lighten up my suitcase. I don't know what American things can be bought there.
