I can't overstate how great it was to work with Billy. He was fast to respond, and most valuably to me, he was able to give me a link to the exact rep...lacement part I would need to fix my dryer before we even met! All based on a pic I sent him of the broken back panel. He was flexible to schedule a time to come over and fix it, too. The whole fix took less than an hour, and he took the time to show me exactly what was broken, how he fixed it, and what each of the wires were hooked up to. I now have a much better understanding of not only my dryer (which works perfectly now!!) but also I have more confidence in what I know about how it woks too. Billy is very kind and absolutely knows his stuff. I will never worry about having to find another electrician in the future-- Billy will be my first call for everything!
I can't wait until we can schedule another trade for something more fun like automating my home :) show more
