I make some very delicious bread and butter zucchini pickles in the summer. They will be canned in my pressure canner for optimum safety and shelf life. Pickles come in Spears, chips, or slices. Other veggies/ flavors possible on request.
I have been a home canner for several years and have dozen of successful pickle batches under my belt.
Evenings and weekends
I am an archivist and fiber crafter living in NJ with my two very need dogs. I love making things with my hands and am always down to learn something new. I make some pretty bangin' pickles, I sing a ...bit, and I'm an alright editor. I have a banjo I'm trying to learn how to play, some woodcarving tools I'd like to be handier with, and I love to cook and bake.
