Based on your ingredients, I will try to suggest an item / meal for you to make!
I am assuming.....
- You have basic knowledge of cookery.
- You have basic tools of the trade (stove, oven, knives, kitchen utensils, pots & pans etc...).
- Basic seasonings (salt, pepper, olive oil etc).
- Have a willingness to learn new cuisines & ingredients!
Suggestions of dish cuisines may range from American, Italian, Latin, Carribean, European, Asian or the dish may not even have an "origin" country. If you have any special dietary needs, I will try my best to suggest based on your restrictions or make the best kind of substitutions. I do not have any restrictions, so this may be an adventure for both of us!

I have been cooking for over 20 years home cooking. I have 10+ years experience of working in restaurant kitchens and restaurant management & bartending. I am NOT a professional chef - I am a passionate "home chef". I love to make hot sauces & unique foods when inspired. I am hoping that this service will ignite a passion within you! π
