If you don't know about the Sedona Method I will introduce it to you and we will hopefully be partners and help each other RELEASE.
Sedona Method is a great way to release any emotion. It helps you move up to the scale of emotions from apathy to peace and beyond.
It is a very natural process of letting go by asking yourself questions and it is very fun!
