Let's face it, baking is hard. You put everything in the oven with a wish and sometimes it just doesn't turn out. I'd like to help you figure out what went wrong, or what you can do better next time. Training & Qualifications
I never had an Easy Bake Oven. I went straight to the real thing as soon as I was tall enough to turn it on myself. I've attended classes in everything from gyoza to bread to biscotti to vegan improvisational cooking.
I love food.
I did a year at Johnson and Wales in Denver, CO in baking and pastry but decided that the life of a pastry chef wasn't for me. I worked on and off as a baker for a few years, including in a dedicated gluten free bakery. I currently work in Research and Development for a beverage company and it's my job to figure out solutions to problems when (not "if", when) they come up- which is exactly what I want to help you with!
