Did your cake fall? Are you struggling to perfect the crumb topping on your famous cobbler? Are your scones more like rocks?
Let's face it, baking is hard. You put everything in the oven with a wish and sometimes it just doesn't turn out. I'd like to help you figure out what went wrong, or what you can do better next time. Shoot me a message and let's see if we can figure it out together! No question is too small or too silly!
Training & Qualifications
I never had an Easy Bake Oven. I went straight to the real thing as soon as I was tall enough to turn it on myself. I've attended classes in everything from gyoza to bread to biscotti to vegan improvisational cooking.
I love food.
I did a year at Johnson and Wales in Denver, CO in baking and pastry but decided that the life of a pastry chef wasn't for me. I worked on and off as a baker for a few years, including in a dedicated gluten free bakery. I currently work in Research and Development for a beverage company and it's my job to figure out solutions to problems when (not "if", when) they come up- which is exactly what I want to help you with!
