Ben is both professional and delightful. He was amazingly responsive (always there when I had a question) and had a wealth of knowledge on taxes that ...really helped me feel good about filing my tax return. Instead of filing "blind" and hoping I was doing it correctly, Ben reviewed my documents and gave me extra tips on deductions I would have totally missed out on.
