I'm a middle aged Texan in the heart of the state. I love gardening and crafting, especially needle crafts such as sewing and embroidery. I'm 'semi-retired' meaning I couldn't keep working due to chronic health issues but I'm a bit too young to retire, so I'm quickly working through my meager savings. Ironically I feel healthier than I have in a long time having quit my stressful paying job where I sat a desk and tried to 'make my goals' and listen to angry customers. Reduced stress, creative outlets and increased physical activity have done wonders for my well-being. :D
