I will bake and decorate a cake/cakes or cupcake/cakes for events, personal consumption, or any other need or want! I work with a wide variety of flavors and fillings, as well as both whipped frostings and butter creams. I try to avoid using fondant as it is unpleasant to taste, but am flexible and will consider it if no other options are available.
I would prefer, for cupcakes and cake pops, to work in increments of even dozens as far as orders go!
Prices will vary depending on the number of cakes/cupcakes, complexity of flavor and design, and how quickly you need it!
Training & Qualifications
I am self-taught, but have been baking for a long number of years and have always been surrounded by women and men talented in the kitchen, some classically trained in culinary arts. I've made several cakes, cupcakes, and cake pops for family and friends (and sometimes unassociated strangers) for multiple occasions!
Availability & Preferences
Weekends or evenings!
