Do exercise with you, such as walking, hiking, throwing a frisbee, disc golf, body weight exercises, team sports, or more. I will help you develop a plan and stick with it, and maybe teach you fun recreational activities along the way. I am overweight myself, so the only thing I ask is that you be my exercise buddy in return. I am willing to commit significant time(up to 10 hours a week), but as long as you can reliably do 2-4 hours a week, It would be a great fit. Let's help each other get fit.
