Nothing tastes quite as good as a freshly-baked home-made slice of bread. I will teach you how to make bread from scratch and help you avoid the mistakes that I made when I was first learning. Because bread needs time to rise, we will start our lesson by mixing our ingredients and while its doing its 1st rise, I will go over some fun facts about bread baking.
Training & Qualifications
I took two live bread baking classes as well as read a half dozen books on the subject. I feel as though the proof is in the pudding though, the picture that I uploaded to this service post is a loaf I made myself with a recipe I'll share with you during our lesson. :)
Availability & Preferences
Weekdays in the afternoon or Saturdays all day.
