Virtual Therapy
40
Talk with you about any struggles you may be experiencing, physically, mentally, or emotionally.
A therapists job is not to tell you what to do to get out of a tough situation or fix it, but to guide the way for you to reach that conclusion yourself. It is with this mentality that a therapist gives you the skills and ability to navigate and solve your problems independently in the future. Our goal is to make it so you don't need therapy forever, but instead so that you develop skills to achieve the same outcome on your own.
To do so, I will engage in deep conversations with you about present or past problems, and even anxieties you may have about the future. Therapeutic techniques will be used to alleviate stress and open your eyes to why you perceive things the way you do and of possibilities to change those perceptions.
Communication over email works, but an instant messaging service is preferred. Sessions are typically 1 hour.
