About Arnaud de la Fouchardiere
Arnaud is a seasoned entrepreneur, having founded several companies in the course of his career to date. He is now the founder and CEO of the Vitirover company, specialized in robots for agriculture. Vitirover HQ is based in Saint Emilion (France). In San Francisco, Arnaud has launched Quickeo a (web2.0) software proposing email as the universal distribution channel for rich multimedia content. He is an early pioneer of Smartphones and Finger-Touch Softwares and he founded NOVINIT sold to US company THUMBIT.
In 1998, he created the first French ecommerce site selling domestic appliances, Marcopoly.com. The company was acquired by France Telecom/ Orange in 2000.
Prior to Marcopoly, Arnaud spent 15 years in the marketing industry. He founded marketing agency TEQUILA and, as chairman and CEO, oversaw its international expansion before selling it to TBWA\Omnicom in 1994.
Arnaud has the rank of Commander in the French Army Citizen Reserve, he lives and works in Paris and Bordeaux, France.
