I am an actor, writer, and yoga teacher based in Brooklyn, NY.

I received a BFA in Dramatic Arts from The New School for Drama's inaugural BFA class. I honed my craft as both an actor and a screenwriter. Check out my vimeo below to see my senior thesis film.

I received my 200 hr vinyasa training and my traditional hot training from Yoga to the People. I did a trauma informed training with Feet on the Ground. I love teaching people who have varied life experiences and want a better understanding of moving their bodies through space. I love to help students modify where needed and for them to be their own best teachers. I love to tailor sequences to particular students so they can have a truly personal experience.

I enjoy reading about trauma, yoga, meditation, and feminism in my spare time.

I have a positive attitude that I love to share. I also draw in my spare time. It's important to note that I am an empath as well--do with that what you will.
