We show up to your house periodically throughout the day to ward off could be criminals lurking around your property as we care for you pets ofcorse.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW.
I do not administer medicine to pets unless through food.
*I do not give ear drops to pets.
*I do not give shots to pets.
*I do not force feed pets food or medicine.

HAVE TO DO LIST READY!
*I am not your personal maid i do light cleaning sweeping and cleaning up after pets. MUST HAVE A BROOM & DUST PAN.
*I DO NOT VACUUM!
*I DO NOT WASH CLOTHES!
*I DO NOT MOP FLOORS!
*How you leave the house is how you come back to it. If other people are going to be in and out of your house while im there i am not responsible for cleaning up after them and im not responsible for stolen items. Chances are they took it.

HOW MANY PETS ACCEPTED
*MAX: 2 major pets per household.
Major pets: cats, dogs, and rabbits other animals that roam the house or require walking.
*MAX: minor pets 4 cages/tanks per household.
Minor pets: birds, rodents, reptiles, aquatic pets. All minor pets will stay in the cages for the duration of my sit.
I will clean out each cage once a week. I will not clean fish tanks.
Extra pets can be worked into the deal for 20$ per extra pet per day 4 pets IN total.

I will feed your pet. If you feel it is necessary i will play with your pet for up to 1 hour (only cats and dogs).
(major pets only) I will brush your pet once a week provided you have a brush for your pet. I will wash your pet once a week provided you have a big enough towel for your pet. I will walk your pet as often as i can cat or dog for one hour max per walk i will TRY to walk them 3 times a day.
*I WILL NOT WASH A PET THAT BITES OR SCRATCHES.
*im not a gourmet cook for pets.
have pet food ready for me to serve to pets wet or dry. Make sure there is enough food for the pet for the duration of my sit.
*I WILL NOT BUY EXTRA FOOD BECAUSE YOU DIDN'T LEAVE ANY FOR YOUR PET.

GUARD PETS/DANGEROUS PETS.
*if your dog has EVER bitten and or attacked anyone i will require you have a mussel and cage. We will discuss how to take care of the dog separately.

EVERY DAY!
Regular house sit no pets: 50$ a day
Regular house sit with pets: 75$ a day
*extra pets+20$ a day 2 extra pets max.

Weekend package with pets:125$

WEEKDAYS Monday - Friday!
*one package per household any additional days will be the normal 50$ per day or 75$ per day for pets.
House sit package no pets 3days: 100$
House sit package with pets 3days:150$
Overnight no pets: 100$ a day
Overnight with pets 200$ a day
