Food and produce will always be sourced locally whenever possible - organic, natural or specialty shops are my first choices as I am always looking for the highest quality and "whole" food options.
I'm able to teach some knife skills and other cooking tools, help with measuring and specific cooking techniques like when & how to prepare specific foods in a certain order and particular way. I can teach you some secrets to making otherwise plain foods taste like there was a flavour explosion in your kitchen!
*price includes my time & all food ingredients. negotiable if you wish to provide your own ingredients.

Training & Qualifications
My experience with cooking comes mostly from passion and interest. I have read countless cookbooks & articles, watched an unhealthy amount of cooking shows and have picked RAW the brains of my professional chef friends & restaurant owners as well as my foodie crazy brother <3 (he has the COOLEST tricks up his sleeve and I've soaked them all up)
4 years experience working in kitchens and food prep: french cuisine, Japanese, Irish pub fare & Raw, vegan Super food cafe
*i have no official, formal training, but as an ex-high level athlete and as a Swim coach, I have taken special care to learn as much as possible in regards to proper nutrition for active, healthy lifestyles. I also grew up in a house hold that only ever cooks from scratch at home for every single meal of the year and shops local, organic and natural whenever possible, so I will always provide the same quality and healthy options as my minimum standard!*
