Hi everyone,

My name is Anna, and I'm a massage therapist specializing in Shiatsu, a form of bodywork using harmonizing palm, thumb, elbow, and knee techniques and stretches along the meridians of Chinese energy medicine.

And my purpose is to use my Shiatsu training, along with my foundation in Tai Chi and meditation, to help us see together the you that you want to be.

For when we see the person that we want to be, the illusion that we are not that person is dispelled.

For we are not bound to our pain, whether it's in the form of injury, condition, anxiety, or depression.

For we are the eternal light bringing life to the cherry blossoms in Spring, bringing healing to us all.
