I love to work with people using Energy Healing techniques to overcome stress and anxiety with Reiki and EFT / Energy Healing Methods

I discovered the energy healing technique EFT - emotional freedom techniques around 15 years ago when I used it to dissolve panic attacks that I was having in closed spaces. I am constantly learning about energy therapies and using them to improve my life and overcome difficulties.

MY QUALIFICATIONS

I have a BA Psych, I am certified in EFT by the founder, Gary Craig, have Reiki level 2, Access Bars, and I have obtained other certifications in coaching and providing activations through mediation.

MY INTERESTS

I am part of a study group for Theta Healing and am currently researching why it is that when we are constantly improving our lives, that we either plateau or fall backwards. What is it about this 'leveling up' period that we struggle with? I believe the answer lays in our subconscious from the Habits that have been formed from childhood.

I have also been doing Internet marketing helping small businesses (in particular chiropractors) with all their marketing needs.

IN MY SPARE TIME

I am a mother of 2, my daughter is the athletic one and is turning 10 and my 6 year old son is the silly one that likes to make people laugh.

I have been doing Judo and Hapkido for the last year and a half and find it so beneficial for health and balance as well as to constantly push myself to do more and be the best I can be.
