I love to learn and love teaching others. I'm interested in the overall health and well-being of people and the environment. I'm self taught in what I know so I don't claim to be a professional or expert. Life isn't simply black and white. They're are many colors and many paths. I believe in doing things that work for you as an individual since we are all different. Interests and various bits of knowledge include crafts (mostly sewing), animals, fitness, photography, homesteading, homeopathy, nutrition, mental health, ecosystems, logic puzzles, adventure books and games, science, history, baking, camping, learning about different cultures.
