About Angela Trinh
I love all things health and wellness, especially when it pertains to food, and homemade remedies. I'm a mother of three small children (with lactose intolerance & wheat sensitivities), and we love living in San Francisco. I have also brought these two things together by teaching cooking & mindfulness classes in my children's after-school program.

Another exchange success!! Angela's meals are so healthy and yummy. I can't get enough! Today's meals---because she gives 2 boxes which actually is 4 ...meals for me---had brussels sprouts, black beans, and black rice with amazing spices all mixed in. And her miso ginger sauce just makes everything pop! Thank you Angela!show more

Angela is a sweet human being and consummate chef. As a taoist trained to have a refined palate, I enjoyed the nuances of flavor and composition of th...e meal. Angela was generous in willing to make garlic- and onion-free meals per my request, and it was delicious! If Angela receives from the Simbi community as much as she gives to it, she is a very rich woman!

Angela's food is unbelievably good, and, good for you. Likely the best trade on Simbi in all regards. Note, she used to have a restaurant in SF and e...very time I stopped by there was a looooong line. If the building owner hadn't booted all tenants out, no doubt PowerSource foods would be dominating that same block to this day. :)show more

Wow! What an amazing veggie spread! The miso ginger sauce makes the meal for sure. Love it. I would recommend to all.
