I’m an anthropologist of the Real Estate industry and the people who live in it. Real Estate as an industry, as I’m sure you will agree, is a culture unto itself. Like any good and decent anthropologist, I have spent my career profoundly studying my culture of choice. I have lived within it, become friendly with the natives, worked with their tools, and have come to understand the psychology and behaviors behind their customs within the many different tribes. As with any anthropologist, I document my findings, speak about them in public and private forums, and teach those interested about the patterns of the Real Estate people. At times, those wishing to connect with the people, or even the people themselves, will come to me for guidance in the ways of Real Estate and I am always happy to share my findings and advise them. In doing so, I provide an enlightened view of the culture as a whole, lacking the bias of tribe affiliation, and offer understanding of the Real Estate archetype and impulse.
