I have homeschooled two children(now teens) up through high school using various methods. If you want a real mom to talk to about the ins and outs of homeschooling and the options available then I am right here! I have lots of information available about what we have done(traditional/unschooling/virtual) and also info about Charlotte Mason curriculum. Parents who are curious sometimes just need someone who's been there to talk to while making their decision. I can help.
One session with me is a total of two hours phone and/or texting. I will include all contact info for resources we decide you may need. I can also help you make decisions regarding the yearly homeschool portfolios, standardized tests, EOC's, SAT's, CLEP, dual enrollment, and college courses. All children are different and have different strengths. With homeschooling you have a lot of options!! There are a lot of things you've been told you HAVE to do but this isn't necessarily true.... I'll tell you all about it.
Training & Qualifications
I am a homeschool mom of eight years and have survived!!! LoL I have children who are on the opposite side of the spectrum concerning ability and ambition so we have experienced the trials and tribulations of every type of homeschooling imaginable, the excellent and the...not so excellent. I can tell you the pitfalls of each type of homeschool curriculum so you can figure out if it's right for your family and your child..
