I can program and coordinate small groups and individual training for kids ages 7 and up. We work on things like coordination, mobility, team building, speed development, strength, nutrition, and leadership.
Training & Qualifications
I have a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science. I've worked with athletes of all ages.
Availability & Preferences
Weekends, scheduled appointments or events.
